REPORT FROM CUENCA, Spain, 2007
First of all these 8 pieces were all made during my stay @ Cuenca, Spain, while I was studying Fine Arts there, painting project. 2007
So I started to prepare my canvases on the closet door which i found in my room. it's dimentions were quite nice (44x54cm) in proportions so I used them as a pre-frame, or whatever it was. Sorry, but i better saved my money for the trips across the country, than on some frames, anyway, everything went well :) -I had 2 doors and I switched them to a new canvases right after I'm finished with the previous ones. The doors became a bit pale, but everything else was o.k. It was actually pretty awkward to prepare the canvas: i needed a pure gelatine. but first i just found a babana one, strawberry...etc.
Anyway, I "made my paint", I called them "Monday, Tuesday... Sunday" (Well one of them didn't get the name, because nice people bought it from me for 200Lt (~60Eur):) The whole painting process with all it's difficulties took me about 3 months. Only 3? Or WHAT?!!!
